I just started an Android project recently wherein I set up both retrolamda and kotlin. Initially I got a lot of random kotlin bugs with graddle and I didn’t know why, then I remove retrolamda after I realised all my code is in kotlin anyway, everything works like a charm now.

I still don’t know for sure whether it’s retrolamda or a combination of things (have androidannotations too), but it did take some effort for it to work at first (somehow my mac did not pick up java8, and I have not even tested if it works on window) just to have some lambdas.
