She wakes up in the dawn, opens the window and a fresh breeze with the smell of garden jasmine passed through her. Mesmerized, she closes her eyes in pleasure while taking a deep breath to capture all of that rejuvenating breeze in her lungs, forgetting everything, with a baby-like smile on her face.

She breaths out and walks out of her bedroom towards the corridor where she had kept the bags packed for the trip. She goes to the bathroom and comes out ready.

Taking slow steps towards the main door of the house she stares at the photos hanging on the wall. A warm drop of tear rolls down her left cheek while she remembered the day she first entered the house with the love of her life, her significant half, with dreams to setup a new world of their own with a cheerful future.

Suddenly the door opens, a charming man rushes in to pick up the luggage and load in the car. She smiles at him and shuts the door behind her while stepping out of the house. The journey begins…

He focuses on driving while she looks at him on the driver side mirror from behind, thinking how much she loves him when just another tear rolls down her left eye and flows out of the window.

Finally, the car stops, she gets out and the man unloads the luggage.

He comes and hugs her lightly, saying no words he leaves. She lifts her luggage and walks towards the big gate that reads, “Ummid-Old Age Home”.
