Lovell Killer Bullied

Many mysteries have yet to unfold in the tragic murder of the 13-year-old Nicole Madison Lovell. According to The News and Advance, Natalie Keepers, a 19-year-old Virginia Tech student and an accomplice in the killing of Lovell, told a judge that she was also a bullying victim. However, unlike Lovell, Keepers had a completely different way of coping: suicidal thoughts, cutting herself, stress and anxiety that required medication.

Car Wash Shooting

A Richmond police officer has been indicted after shooting an 18-year-old-man while off duty in October. According to The Richmond-Dispatch, David L. Cobb was having his vehicle washed when a Chesterfield teen, Paterson Brown Jr., got in the vehicle and drove it out of the wash bay. Cobb told Brown to exit the vehicle, to which the teen refused, and then shot Brown.

Infant in Dumpster

After conducting an autopsy on the infant found dead in a dumpster, Rocky Mount investigators found out a staggering detail. Police Chief Ken Criner told WSET-TV: “the pregnancy ended in a stillbirth (also regarded in earlier instances as abortion or miscarriage)” Katherine N. Dellis, 24, was arrested and charged with unlawful concealment of human remains, a class 6 felony.
