Nuls meets IoT Network Hub (My first meet up as a Nuls platform advocates)

The Internet of Things (IoT) for short has recently gained much traction due to its potential for transforming business applications and everyday life. IoT can be defined as a network of computationally intelligent physical objects (any object such as cars, fridges, industrial sensors, and so on) that are capable of connecting to the internet, sensing real-world events or environments, reacting to those events, collecting relevant data, and communicating it over the internet. Elements of IoT are spread across multiple layers, and various reference architectures exist that can be used to develop IoT systems. A five-layer model can be used to describe IoT, which contains a physical object layer, device layer, network layer, service layer, and application layer. Each layer or level is responsible for various functions and includes multiple components. The aforementioned five-layer IoT model can be adapted to a blockchain-based model by adding a blockchain layer on top of the network layer. This layer will run smart contracts, and provide security, privacy, integrity, autonomy, scalability, and decentralization services to the IoT ecosystem. The management layer, in this case, can consist of only software related to analytics and processing, and security and control can be moved to the blockchain layer.

I had an amazing interaction with the internet of Things Network hub of Ghana (IoT Network hub) the Accra chapter on 25th January 2020. It was an awesome opportunity meeting and networking with individuals who are enthusiastic and have great passion for technology, even though the group is mainly focused on IoT they have AI, Robotics and cybersecurity society. The meetup was occupied by a series of demonstrations, speeches and talks from the various individual in various aspect of technology. After the meetup, I spoke with the president and the executives about having blockchain Society within their organization and they love the idea. The organization have chapters in all the universities across Ghana and some countries in Africa. According to their President, they have over 4,500 members in Ghana and still counting. We are glad to announce to the community that George Pro is now a member of the IoT Network Hub and will be looking forward for further negotiations with the community in order to steer the community along the path of blockchain technology focusing more on Nuls blockchain platform. A lot of exciting and full opportunities awaits us, as we look forward to spreading the Nuls blockchain in Ghana and West Africa at large through the wings of IoT Network hub since they are already soaring higher and have the numbers. We also look forward to using this opportunity to attract individuals and organizations into the blockchain field to build great Dapps using Nuls platform.
