Thanks for the feedback. It was an interesting experience to say the least. I later learned that physicians on the plane are not responsible for making the decision to ground the plane. Instead there is an entire remote team of physicians that the pilot communicates with. The physician on the plane makes suggestions that the pilot communicates with the remote team of physicians. In the end it is the remote team of physicians that determines whether the plane should land or not.
