Notes to Self: Things to work on everyday.
- Silence: Don’t speak until needed. Take time and listen to people around you. Art of listening is the most important of all.
- Order: Keep things in place. Make it a habit of keeping things somewhere, so much that it gets so predictable, you can find things blindfolded in your house.
- Industry: Keep doing what needs to be done. Even though tired, do at lease one thing to complete your goals.
- Experiment: Keep changing things about yourself. Keep doing social experiments on yourself. Keep an eye open for chances of experimentation.
- Challenge: Keep challenging yourself, if possible publicly. And learn the spelling of publicly goddammit. Keep completing those challenges.
- No Zero Day: Mark a day as One Day if you did something to achieve your goals, even for five minutes. Mark as Zero Day otherwise. Idea is to have 30 One days a month. Also known as 1% rule. Make yourself 1% better than the previous.
- Compare: Keep comparing yourself with your past self than others. You are doing good if you feel you are in a better place than your younger self. Comparison should be valid and not to feel bad about anything, or inflating to feel good about yourself.
- No Profanity: Keep trying to use sane language for a day, howsoever boring it gets.
- Speak slowly: Speak slowly, softly and clearly. With focus on intonation and punctuation. A good speech is an asset worth displaying.
- Log: Keep logging days in a journal as they pass by. Log thoughts and whatever else you can. Make everyday a datapoint and your life a dataset to be analysed when needed.
