Hi Benjamin, it is great to read this and I agree to all points because I am doing 6 of them: sleep up to 8h, wake up 5:30, 30 min. meditation, pilates or yoga exercise, egg for breakfast without wheat (Quinoa instead), a cold shower, listen to spoken meditation or uplifting fun music. The result is that I feel awesome. I literally dance on the way to work on the train. This is not something that comes natural to me, I am prone to feeling energetically low. Thank you for sharing.
PS: One additinal morning routine of mine is oil pulling with coconut oil. Whether you believe into oil pulling or not it just feels great to do it.
