I agree with your post. Mentorship is great way for women to support each other and grow together.

But, may I ask you a question?

• How about women who at the low state of their mentality or career? Do you any idea how to help them? Is mentorship possible to help them?
• as mentor, do you set certain criteria of your mentees that you want to teach with? if yes, may I know which criteria of person that you want to teach?
• From your experience as mentor, have you ever teach someone who haven’t great leadership skill at start but have a great willingness to learn from you?

If you don’t mind, I really want to hear your other stories about this mentorship activities for women.
