Why will Nyan Cats be more expensive?

There is only a week left until the end of the cats pre-sale, but we are still not out of the open beta testing. So we decided to completely change the gameplay and how the project positions itself. The new emphasis will be on the possibility of making money using your Nyan Cat.
So, Nyan Cat: The Crypto Race — from now on will be a full-fledged fantasy sport project, and not a simple betting game. This will give us access to 60 million potential users instead of just a couple of tens of thousands of crypto enthusiasts.
The main changes that we will implement:
1. Racing will now start automatically, once every 100 seconds.
2. Cats to race will be automatically selected from those already purchased — the more rare the cat, the more often it participates in the race.
3. Players will now be able to bet on each race, both through a smart contract, and centrally through the server for fiat.
4. Cat owners will receive a part of the commission from each bet on their cat, regardless of the place taken.
5. Owners of cats will be able to bet, as well, and are guaranteed to participate in the next race.
Thus, we bring the game down to a very simple formula “buying a cat = passive income”.
There will be no more collectible value arguments. Each cat now has a real value, which depends on two parameters: the daily turnover of the game and the rarity of the cat.
Here is an example of ROI calculations for the legendary cat at the moment:
In total, 4 legendary cats are available, the minimum daily turnover of the game is 200 NyanBucks, the cost of one cat is 990 Waves.
Your cat will participate in every fourth race per day, the cat owner’s commission is 5%.
Thus, your daily income will be 200 * 25% * 5% = 2.5 NyanBucks, which is 0.25% per day, 7.5% per month or 91% per year.
Don’t you agree that these are good numbers? What if the daily turnover of the game is 100 times greater? What if you redeem all the legendary cats?
In addition to what we already mentioned, we have planned to simplify the path for new users to enter the game as much as possible, which will allow us to attract a completely new audience — one that is not familiar with cryptocurrencies. At the same time, cat owners can receive a percentage of their bets made in fiat. This is a full referral system, a tutorial, a demo account for new players and a number of improvements.
Remember that making games, especially crypto games, is not so simple. We are constantly analyzing new hypotheses, in search of that perfect medium — the opportunity to make money for both, the players and developers.
