Dr. Steeve Coupeau serves as Executive Publisher of NYIHA MEDIA, an internet publishing vertical focused on Literary Arts. A New York based writer and editor who has covered the media and technology industries for more than two decades, he translates ideas and vision into real programs and products. He has published a book and brings 10 years of experience in storytelling across digital, print, and social media channels with articles in Advance, Humanus and Journal of Afro-Asian Studies. He has written and lectured extensively across the United States and internationally on diversity, equity and inclusion. He helps filmmakers leveraging their films on our video on demand platform, Reelhouse/NYIHATV, which creates revenue streams.

Personally, he leads with empathy strengthened by cultural competency to connect better with my audiences and influence my readers. While technological resources are vitally important, alone they are not a solution. He understands how power, privilege, and oppression shape digital inequality. He found that the best way to advance equity and inclusivity is through radically honest conversations.

He holds a Doctorate in Political Science, a Master of Science degree in Urban Policy Analysis from The New School, and a Bachelor of Science in Labor Relations from Empire State College, SUNY with further technical study at University of Michigan and HPI University of Potsdam, Germany.
