Hello, Lydia. I appreciate your experience and thank you! Your priority is a healthy sleeping and I have a question about that. What time you go to sleep and wake up? I mean, did you ever tried to go to sleep at 9 pm and wake up at 4 am? I think this is an incredible time to sleep because your body thinks you should sleep. I had some problems with that, I thought that I won’t have time to do my deeds, but guess what? I finished having even more time and energy. Just give it a try, go to sleep at 9 pm throwing away all distractions, wake up at 4 am, do your sadhana and go code with so much positive energy. Anyway, thank you for sharing!
