It’s Not About Race!
John Metta

This is a useful read to help empathize. We are all products of our culture.

My issue is that cultures are what they are. A set of unspoken rules to help you understand how to ‘fit in’ and ‘succeed’ in a community. This will never change, different cultures will always exist and there will always be disparity (whether in numbers or wealth or values or race), and therefore inequality. I’m not so sure there is a solution… unless Independence Day happens.
