The power of clarity of intention
A lot of ink and brainpower is used to help Agile install in companies, change our own mental models and shift business ecosystems. Methods and frameworks are defined, huge sets of great powerpoit presentations and other posters released, still, that ink and brainpower may unfortunately have only residual impact. Because the key of a an Agile lies in its meaningfullness. Far better that modern “why” gurus , Frederich Nietzsche coinded the importance of purpose:
“If you know the why, you can bare almost any how”.
