Problem Statement
Pospulses website is wrongly structured thereby making it difficult for clients to understand the services provided.
User Persona
we created a user persona to directly relate to the users.
Competitive Feature Analysis.
We did an evaluation of the two top competitors to POSpules. We check certain features to determine their market strategy and weakness.

Moscow method
Moscow map was created by the team. We created to have a structure of all features to be included in the website.
Site map
We created a site that represents new categories of website structure. It shows the new structured system.
User flow
After the brainstorming section, we created a more structured user flow. The user flow shows better-structured homepage navigation to website contents.
Style Tile
The style tile was not changed. However, colour modifications on the pages were administered.
Wireframes
Design wireframes went through iterations. Iterations were made based on feedback after user testings.
Website Visual Comparism
Responsive
We created a responsive landing page that incorporated user needs. The responsiveness can be easily incorporated into three digital versions.
