Stop Sex Shaming Ken Bone!
Emma Lindsay

“Why would someone want to have sex with me when I was basically unconscious? That my assaulter felt a deep shame over his sexuality, that he wanted to be able to release his sexual drive without any witnesses seems as good an answer as any.” There’s no one answer for every man, but one obvious alternative is that it was a rebellion against having to earn the affections of women.

This is a tangent to your well stated argument that criticism of Bone for finding J Law attractive (whatever part of her he chose to mention) is misguided, but I think it’s dangerous to make excuses for some of the behaviors labeled as rape culture.
