Rest is productive

Take the break you need, even if there are things still to be done. If you continually find things still to be done, see what you can do, if possible, to get others to consistently do some of those things. If not possible, try to help break the system that leaves you exhausted and unrested. You are worth the effort you put in to have happiness.
