Brainstorm Personal Reflection:

Honestly it was very difficult to get everyone into this! Ah! The improv games helped a little but most of the time people would just laugh and think too much about their next move. When it came to brainstorming, again, a lot of the participants were thinking too “logically” if you will. As a facilitator I learned to be continuously positive and encouraging.

For next time:

  • Stress the importance of not “thinking too much,” also encourage people to be silly and fun and not be afraid of the consequences!
  • Making the goal of the project a little clearer from the very beginning
  • Explaining the improv games better
