Who are you?

Stop. Before you ask your mind “Who am I?”, just stop. Instead let’s look at the questions below

  • When you eat something, do you give instructions to your stomach on how to digest them? Or is it just happening?
  • When you cut your finger while making something, do you tell your body how to heal that cut? Or you let it heal?
  • Do you feel the need to remind breathing to your lungs? Or breathing just happens?

Good. Now please remember a moment in your childhood where you stand in front of a mirror. Capture that image and look at a mirror right now. Can you easily spot the differences between these two images? Great! How about your thoughts? Are they exactly the same? Did you have to think about the answers?
