How I Created a Sales and Marketing scheme for Loom Week 1:

My Praxis Project is going to be: Creating a URL/marketing based project that promotes an online company that also uses sales and cold emailing

My final deliverables are going to be:

  • I want to get five people to come and check out the website through cold email sequences,
  • I want to get ten people to the website using good content creation and URLs
  • Prove proficiency in using tech tools to get the leads that I would be looking for.

Specify the specific hard skills you plan to learn this month

  • Learn how to write a cold email sequence and be able to sell a specific service
  • I also want to learn how to prospect, customers,
  • Create content marketing and URLs that can be used to direct people to an online education website.

Soft skills

  • Listening to what people’s needs are
  • Promoting a product to people
  • Have organization skills to keep everything smooth
  • Be a problem solver for people to make their lives easier

Tech tools

  • I am going to focus on bit.ly for the first week and then Hubspot the next week showing my proficiency in both marketing and sales. I am also going to use, excel to keep everything organized and make it easier to use. and Zapier just to streamline some processes.

Weekly organizer.

Week 1.

Gain proficiency in the tech tools that I am going to be using. Excel, bit.ly, Hubspot, etc.

Start to practice cold emails

Set up excel, so I have everything ready to use for the next week.

If time, I will start to prospect out to customers

Week 2.

Look into different conversation sites that I can offer my solutions for

Use bit.ly to keep track of the people who are clicking on the website

Have a spreadsheet at the ready that tallies all of the people that have clicked on the website.

Continue to search out possible prospects that would like the information/send out cold emails

Week 3.

Focus on cold emails this week and gain a strong understanding of how to use them.

Engage in Hubspot to keep track of the leads that I have promoted to the product

Continue to search for possible leads

Week 4.

Have results that I have written down

(By this point, I would like to have two videos for Loom and two blog posts that I could use to pitch to a company).
