Amir Jordan — Another Pakistani Talent to Become a WWE Superstar

The prospect of professional wrestling in Pakistan is not strong. Typically, the majority of wrestling is done in the urban and rural towns of Punjab where the sport still harbors an extremely traditional setting. The wrestling scene revolves around stocky men with no six packs to show off, glasses of pure milk to chug on and a live mob to witness as they toil to knock each other out in the sand. However, this does not rule out any hint of Pakistani talent making it big on global stage.

The craze of wrestling among Pakistanis is all thanks to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). We all have been following the WWE franchise for decades now and have come to be really fond of it. There’s a large viewership of WWE in Pakistan and it has much evolved in the past years. In fact, our Pakistani talent has not come short of any brilliance!

First, it was Mustafa Ali who got inducted into the WWE in 2016 as the first wrestler of Pakistani descent. One can assertively say Pakistani talent is capable of outshining on the grand stage, and in recent years, there are is a rise in sports awareness among the masses who are engaged in exploring different sports. With or without the help of the Pakistani government, the young Pakistani talent is eager to make it big and is laying out all individual efforts at their disposal.

Amir Jordan is another example here of an athlete who broke out of all the odds and believed in himself. WWE is not the pinnacle of wrestling, but it is a massive franchise with a global fan following of billions of viewers monthly. Their weekly events and monthly paper views continue to make strong headlines every now and then. Evident to the fact that we have been following WWE franchise and have come to closely associate our support for certain superstars, the Pakistani market is huge in terms of viewership of the sport.

The likes of Amir Jordan is being praised all over the world for being an amazing example of Pakistani talent. He is putting up a positive image out there for the world. He continues to exhibit our cause and the masses are really proud of him for making it to the big stage. The franchise WWE continues to promote its wrestlers and does everything in their hand for their betterment, especially their training. They have made careers of so many professional wrestlers who aspired to be great. Amir absolutely has a long way to go ahead, but he has his step in the right direction for now.

We are eager to see how this talent turns up in the ring and many Pakistanis are already on the look for supporting him. In fact, those who never had any association with WWE or any of its franchises have decided to closely follow the sport because they want to support the Pakistani talent that is out there.
