Genesis Release: LOOZR AR ACCESS CARD NFT

We recently announced the launch of our Loozr AR Access Card NFT. This collection is aimed at engaging early backers and supporters of Loozr mission whilst granting them exclusive privileges and rewards for their support. It also marks the beginning of our journey into Loozr’s immersive music metaverse — LOOZRverse

The Loozr AR Access Card NFT collection is categorized into 4 tiers, all of which will be highlighted in another article. Each tier offers unique access to various types of AR worlds and associated rewards.

PURPOSE BEHIND THE NFT LAUNCH

Loozr is a community-driven music streaming platform that aims to revolutionize the music and creator industry. Loozr utilizes blockchain, AR, AI, DeFi and SociaFi to ensure that artists are empowered to have 100% control over their music and that fans can financially gain from the success of these artists.

From the beginning of our journey up until this moment, our community has always been our backbone. Riding with us through every milestone, setbacks and achievements. Now, we’ve reached a point where we’re ready to go live on mainnet and needless to say, we need funds. We’re taking into account the strong desire of our community to support our growth despite the bear market effect, thus, the decision to raise funds through our community via the Loozr AR Access Card NFT. The purpose of this crowdfunding (our seed round phase) is to raise funds to help Loozr move into its next phase of development — mainnet.

Holders of the Loozr AR Access Card NFTs will gain recognition as participants in our seed round investment. The specific NFT tier they possess directly corresponds to the quantity of seed round tokens they have purchased. This enables them to secure a portion of the 7% LZR token supply designated for the seed round (equivalent to 7,000,000 $LZR) at the predefined seed round price. The allocation of these tokens will meticulously adhere to Loozr’s vesting schedule, ensuring an equitable and well-structured distribution process. This approach not only comes with many interesting benefits for participants but it also fosters inclusivity and collaboration within the Loozr community. It also marks participants as partners in Loozr’s sole mission to transform the music industry.

BENEFITS FOR NFT HOLDERS

Early backers (holders of the Loozr AR Access Card NFT) are entitled to a number of benefits such as:

1. Confirmed Airdrop: Ee will be distributing the $LZR token for airdrop in three phases. NFT holders will have guaranteed spots to receive the 1st phase of the airdrop. Requirements for the other two phases of $LZR airdrop will be announced in due time.
2. Seed Round Token Distribution: Loozr NFT holders equal Loozr seed round investors. We regard our NFT holders as our seed round investors to be rewarded with seed round tokens when mainnet goes live. Each holder will freely receive the $LZR token at seed round price which equals the amount invested in the NFT purchased.
3. Exclusive Access to Loozr AR Metaverse: The highly anticipated Loozr AR Access Card NFT collection is set to mark the beginning of an immersive real-world augmented reality LOOZRverse ecosystem. Meaning, the AR Access Card is more than just an NFT, think of it like a ticket pass into Loozr’s own AR metaverse, LOOZRverse. Higher tier NFT holders will have the opportunity to gain early access into the LOOZRverse.
4. Creator Grants: Creators are a very important part of the Loozr ecosystem and we have plans to keep supporting them. Grants, in the form of $LZR tokens, will be allocated to valuable creators within the ecosystem to help them build their brands on the platform. A certain percentage of the $LZR token total supply has been allocated for the creator grants.
5. Active Governance in Loozr DAO: NFT holders have the opportunity to participate in governance of the Loozr ecosystem via the DAO. They can vote on key decisions and even propose implementations to be voted for/against.
6. On-chain Privileges: Holders of the Loozr AR Access Card NFT will enjoy the unique privilege of gaining early access to Loozr’s features and experiences which they can explore.
7. Special Roles: NFT holders are assigned special roles to identify their involvement in the growth of the Loozr ecosystem. This will also mark them as pioneers of Loozr development.
8. Additional Airdrop: Asides the already confirmed Phase 01 airdrop for all NFT holders, there will be a special airdrop distribution of $LZR tokens to active and valuable contributors to the Loozr ecosystem. The eligibility for this requires more than just being a holder of the higher NFT tiers. We’ll consider community members’ contributions and active participation as well.
9. Verified Badge: Higher Tier NFT Holders will receive verified badges to mark their statuses as credible and trusted members of the Loozr community.

7% of the total supply of $LZR token has been allocated for the seed round. Each tier of NFT has an already assigned number of seed round tokens which will be locked up for seven months (however, 10% will be released during the TGE event). After the lockup period, a 8.3% linear vesting every four months spanning a period of 48 months begins. This is to encourage your continued support.
