LAZADA Celebrates the Launch of LazMall with 9.9 Online Sale

Lazada has become one of the biggest players of the eCommerce industry in the region. With over 155,000 sellers and 3,000 brands on their platform, they’ve become a go-to platform for about 560 million consumers. Only recently, Alibaba acquired controlling shares in the company, making them one of the strongest platforms with direct access to sellers on Taobao.

To keep its position as one of the largest platform, the company has announced a new platform called LazMall. With LazMall, Lazada is guaranteeing the authenticity of the products on the platform. This is enforced by strict guidelines which include brand trademark documentation, seller rating and also fullfilment scores.

In addition to their 100% authenticity guarantee, LazMall also offers 15 day easy returns where customers are able to return the goods at no cost at any of the 2,000 Lazada return points in Malaysia. The crowning jewel of LazMall is their 24 hour or Next day delivery. With this, the company guarantees the safe arrival of the ordered goods within 24 hours of purchase for customers within the Klang Valley. This service is not available on weekends and holidays.

LazMall launches with about 500 brands on the platform including Carlo Rino, ASUS, Apple, L’oreal, Xiaomi, Unilever, Samsung and more. It exists as a platform within Lazada’s pre-existing platform. Items listed from LazMall will be identified with a LazMall logo emblazoned on it’s listing.

With the launch of their new LazMall plaform, Lazada is having a special sale which kicked off on 1 September. Furung this sale, consumers will be able to take advantage of “Crazy Deals” which offers attractive discounts and offers on the newly launched platform. Customers can also get special coupons and vouchers through the Lazada app by taking part in the “Shake It” games.
