Lenovo Tab 4 Series Now in Malaysia!
Lenovo is one of the biggest name in the PC industry. Of course we have been saying that fora while now. It does not make it less true though. They have been making great consumer focused products and been striving to create even better products as they go. Today is no different.
Today Lenovo have launched their tablet powerhouse series; the Lenovo Tab 4. Their multimedia powerhouse comes in two different sizes; 8-inch and 10-inch. Both are equipped with Dolby Atmos certified stereo speakers for the ultimate entertainment experience.
Lenovo Tab 4 8
Starting with the smaller sized Lenovo Tab 4 8 that comes in an 8-inch IPS display packing 1,280 x 800 pixels with 8-bit colour depth and 60% colour gamut to ensure your images turn out as accurate as possible. It even packs 350 nits in terms of brightness so you can even watch your movies under sunlight. Underneath that impressive glass protected display lies a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 Quad-core processor dialling in a clock speed of 1.4GHz. Paired with 3GB of RAM and an Adreno 306 GPU the small form factor tablet will handle your Netflix, iflix, and light browsing on your road trip like a champ. Internally it packs a 16GB memory but it is expandable up to 128GB via MicroSD. The 4,850mAh battery should keep you and your kids entertained the whole day with no fuss (quoted 12 hours).
Lenovo Tab 4 10 Plus
The Lenovo Tab 4 10 Plus on the other hand is the complete media powerhouse. It packs a Full HD 1,920 x 1,200 resolution 10.1-inch display with 16 million colours with 70% colour gamut for the best possible colour reproduction. Its 400-nits in brightness also helps in full immersion even under direct sunlight. Underneath the “dual-glass tablet” device is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 Quad-core processor that packs 2.0GHz in speed. The powerful processor is paired to an Adreno 506 GPU and 3GB of RAM for a fully immersive gaming and multitasking experience. You get 16GB internally to store all your movies and music, of course it is expandable up to 256GB via MicroSD. The 7,000mAh Quick Charge 3.0 capable battery should keep this powerful multimedia device up and running for the rest of the day (quoted 12 hours).
Both handsome Lenovo Tab 4 devices runs on Android 7.0 Nougat upgradeable to Android 8.0 Oreo, the latest and greatest from Google. Both devices also takes a single Nano SIM for 4G LTE connectivity. Even if you do not have an extra 4G LTE card, you can still rely on their WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac dual-band antenna. Both can support multiple user accounts (only the 10 Plus has fingerprint sign-in, up to 5 accounts). The Tab 4 series packs Dolby ATMOS certified audio for an immersive experience on the dual front-facing speakers and 3.5mm earphone jack. There will also be a new keyboard “Productivity Pack” keyboard extension that will automatically launch Lenovo’s “Productivity Interface” to simplify work processes and in turn creates a more efficient workflow.
The Lenovo Tab 4 8 is available in Aurora Black and Polar White at MYR749. The Lenovo Tab 4 10 Plus is available in Aurora Black only at MYR1,299. Both devices are available at nationwide retailers November 2017 onward.
