My Willingness To Learn And Make Changes

Adaptability according to www.businessdictionary.com is the ability of an entity or organism to alter itself or its responses to the changed circumstances or environment. My name is Rex Ogbemudia an Andela Bootcamper and am here to let you in on how I have been adapting to life at Andela Bootcamp, coming from the last Bootcamp I attended, to this current Bootcamp.

What Went Wrong At The Last Bootcamp I Attended?

After the last day of Andela Bootcamp 24, I knew that I was not going to make it into the fellowship. The major reason why I did not make it into the fellowship, was due to the level of my adaptability. At Andela Bootcamp 24, I failed to ask enough question, I was not so great at collaborating with other Bootcampers. I failed in those areas not because I was new to them, but because, I failed to adapt and it cost me my entrance into the fellowship.

This Present Bootcamp

Before I continue, I would love to define insanity. Insanity can be defined as the act or process of doing something the same way over and over and keep expecting a different result. Knowing this at the back of my mind, I decided to learn from my last Bootcamp experience and adapt accordingly. At this present Bootcamp, I am proud to announce to you guys, that I have been able to adapt accordingly, to the areas I was failing in, at my previous Bootcamp.

What Next?

As long as there is more I need to learn, adaptation will have to continue. Bootcamp at Andela has opened my eyes to what it takes to be a professional software developer. So adapting to life at Andela Bootcamp is my first step, towards becoming a world class software developer. Thanks for reading. Bye.
