It’s not news that many media platforms like Facebook pilfer their users’ data and sell them off to the highest bidder. Data privacy is a joke to many of these platforms, when money is concerned. In the past, before the dawn of social media, we had to worry our heads about the government spying on us. Now, we have to worry about both the government and social networks spying on us. We currently have no control over our data.
The recent Facebook scandal says a lot about how companies expose their data to third parties.
Many companies go through unscrupulous procedures to obtain their users’ data and trade them to the highest bidder. It’s more or less like an auction, where different companies like advertising firms buy these data and fashion them in such a way to improve their sales.
The money made from selling the data are not given back to the users, even if it is in bits. It would be expected that the platforms would feel a bit of remorse and give back to the society that they steal from, but such iota of remorse never crosses their eyes.
They amass billions, at the expense of the users they swore to protect their privacy.
Apart from data privacy issues, content creators on a lot of centralized platforms like Spotify and co, go home with peanuts. The centralized media platforms take as high as 60% in some cases, while the content creator is allowed to go home with a meager 10–30% of the revenue.
Though various governments have, put in place, policies to curtail these maladies, but big centralized firms always find loopholes in the law.
That’s why DACC- Decentralized Accessible Content Chain- is created to act as a pacesetter in the revolution against data selling, and unfair treatment of content creators.
DACC will use the blockchain technology to create a platform where users have ownership of their data and can decide who has access to it. The user can sell his data at his own conditions, and earn from the data.
DACC wants to put an end to the monopolistic attitude of centralized media platforms that suck a large pile of money, while leaving content creators with peanuts, by offering content creators a platform where they can sell their contents directly to users, without the need for a centralized and monopolistic body. With IAM- Intrinsic Identity and Access Management, DACC gives content creators and users the opportunity to store their data, decide who sees it, and earn from contents. DACC’s IP. IAM bars out unauthorized users from the data profile of a user.
DACC doesn’t only solve the data privacy and monopolistic monetization trend, it can also trace where a content is from- the originators of a content, preventing content piracy.
DACC offers its users awesome tools and infrastructures that can be used to create incredible dApps on the blockchain.

DACC is filled with so much features that will amaze you. To learn more visit website: dacc.co Twitter: https://twitter.com/DACCblockchain Telegram:https://t.me/dacc_official_group_english
