But don’t we all love the dragon slayer when he or she succeeds? Plus could we all avoid dragons if they — dragons — are not encumbered by potential dragon slayers? Every man willing to join and fight in a country’s armed forces makes it possible for another to become an investment banker, artist, musician, actor etc. Trying to slay the dragon is as important as actually slaying the dragon because it is engagement of the dragon by a potential slayer that makes avoidance of the dragon by others a feasible strategy.
