The Trip to Mars — Why it’s unnecessary

<pedantic> Maybe Federation of Interplanetary States (FIPS) would be more accurate. Wikipedia says our galaxy, the Milky Way, has a diameter of 100–180 kilolightyears, and contains 100–400 Billion stars. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milky_Way. Mars would just be within the same Star system, so it doesn’t even qualify as an Interstellar trip, talk more of it being intergalactic. </pedantic>
