“Brazilian policy of universal access to AIDS treatment: sustainability challenges and perspectives”

In Brazil we “break the patent” and medicines for AIDS are distributed to much lower prices in our Public Health System, SUS.
We have a law that allows it, (Law No. 9.279 / 96).

The US may be better if the people and the government spend less on health.
