Thanks to new financing mechanisms, OilWell will have the opportunity to develop more organically and not lose time while looking for additional financing. After the sale of certificates, the company will begin to develop deposits at the expense of the proceeds.

Further, OilWell will be able to improve its facilities, develop and acquire new licenses both in Russia and abroad. The services of transportation and oil and control over the production of petroleum products will be developed. OilWell plans to conclude a series of cooperation agreements with other Russian and foreign oil companies.

At this stage, our specialists have already obtained a license to develop the site, collected and analyzed geological data, compiled a production plan and developed relevant documentation. In addition, for the first time in the oil market, we created a secure blockchain financing mechanism.

OilWell has now launched a certificate pre-sale. At the end of this stage, OilWell will begin to actively develop the field, acquire appropriate equipment and establish production processes. Field operations should begin by the end of 2019.
