“ We are all capable of reinventing our lives! “

The ability to create brand new brilliant ideas is a skill that can be practiced daily to discover new opportunities and reach our true potentials.

By dedicating time to cultivate our mental and emotional state, we can transform our lives from tedious and demanding to enjoyable, effortless and intuitive.

“There is no doubt that creativity is the most important human resource of all. Without creativity, there would be no progress, and we would be forever repeating the same patterns.” — Edward De Bono

In my work as a mentor and coach, I found that there are 10 very simple mindsets that can help almost anyone to…

1. Encourage more creativity in their everyday activities.

2. Embrace their playfulness, inner peace, and productivity.

3. Seek new inspiration and notice an increase in creativity.

Here is how to do it:

Express Gratitude: Recognising and appreciating your natural talents and gifts is the first step. To determine who you are, you must examine what you already have. As soon as you recognise your own abilities through this process, you should decide what you want from life.

Generate Multiple Solutions:Generate possible solutions by creating creative mind maps to write down or list your row ideas. Write down 10 variations of a simple question, such as "How to express my ideas more clearly?" or "How to ease my mind on this issue? Where can I get new possible strategies ?" There are plenty of ways to solve the exact same problem by asking for help from others.

Ease your Negative Thoughts: Being more present is one of the easiest ways to improve how you interact with yourself. Take a break from your everyday life and just chill out. Easing your thoughts is a great way to get rid of stress in your body. Find a few minutes of silence every day and enjoy it. One of the best ways to calm your mind and body is to go swimming.

Become a Growth-minded Person: By developing a growth mindset, we can recognise that we are in control of our mental state, challenge ourselves to learn from potential sources, and want to learn from our past mistakes and failures. To achieve inner peace, we must live in the present moment.

Practice Emotional Awareness: Emotional awareness starts with putting all of your attention on yourself so you can recognise and understand your emotions, motivations, and long-term drives. Most people never learn to understand themselves because of this. We need to get closer to all three parts of the brain to become more emotionally aware. Doing unusual activities that require creativity and mindfulness strengthens connections in different parts of the brain.

Self Confidence: Emotional awareness plays a significant role in developing self confidence. One of the most important aspects of being confident is being highly decisive. They know how to make exceptional decisions without having to go back and undo what they previously thought was right.

Personal Evaluation: Be accountable to your flows and shortcomings. Create a habit of acknowledging your mistakes rather than making excuses so pay attention to the way you respond to your successes and failures.

Self-evaluation is the process of assessing one’s beliefs, decisions, and actions. Self-evaluation is taking responsibility for one’s life and, as a result, taking the necessary steps to become more self-reliant and open to new opportunities. This enables you to control our reactions and think more constructively so that we can alter our current circumstances to achieve short- and long-term goals.

”A reasonable human learns more from his failure than his success.”

John Dewey, philosopher, psychologist, 1859- 1952

Self-integrity with Oneself: Honesty is always the best policy when it comes to the empowerment of the self. Don’t treat yourself any differently from how you treat other people. Be sincere with yourself and show that you are capable of having compassion for both yourself and others. Make conscious decisions that truly represent who you are.

Get Comfortable with Feeling Discomfortable: The most effective learning experiences are often those times when we get uncomfortable with a problem we face. Our tendency is to defend our beliefs, so we ignore uncomfortable evidences.

Identify all the obstacles by asking correct questions. Learn what are the real issues behind those obstacles because little problems are often symptoms of bigger ones. Asking yourself, could I be wrong here? What evidence would I need to change my mind? This way, you can spot common thinking errors.

Changing Perspectives: No one can know everything. If we can accept both positive and negative feedback from others, we can improve our adaptability to diversity. Questioning our presumptions and biases is a crucial step towards achieving a hassle-free lifestyle.
