How not to quit learning
Well, this is a good question.
We all want to find a secret souse or motivation to not quit any new challenge or task we have to accomplish.
One of the best examples came to my mind - challenges in big companies. You do small tasks every day to become better, for example, walk 10000 steps per day or drink more water.
The tasks were very easy to accomplish, you don’t have to spend a lot of time and if you complete it at the end of the month you will get a gift as a reward.
Most of the time people are very enthusiastic to participate and complete the goal, they also know that they just need to put a little effort and it will be rewarded.
This observation gave me an idea to find an App and put small goals for each day.
Slowly I start getting back on track and at the end of the month, I can reward myself with something.
I found it very interesting and easy to accomplish.
If you think about it that as human beings we try to avoid doing something difficult or try to postpone it. If you make a difficult task not so scary and pleasant slowly it starts getting easier and less painful.
