Also a nice way, however.

  1. You verify people upon an oversimplified, artificial condition.
  2. You probably put time pressure.
  3. You need to spend 2 hours per candidate (I assume you are doing it real time, if no please ignore.). Reviewing code takes mostly 5–15 min.
