Dagger 2 on production — reducing methods count
Mirek Stanek

So you’ve decided to lower encapsulation level in your project to reduce methods count, because if you have a chain of subcomponents the top subcomponent is able to inject all dependencies from lower-level components, some of which you are able to hide in case using @ Component and not provide to higher level. In my opinion it’s not worth it, especially because in some abstract production project you’ll have to enable multidex sooner or later due to rxJava usage and other libraries with high methods count.
