I’ve always been working remote for some short time. Most of the time two to three days; a full week at most. And always in the same time zone as my colleagues in the Hamburg office. Many people outside of my company work asynchronously and remotely on a day to day bases. Some of those companies don’t even have an office and are working completely remote.
