Ghanaian Cedi is the only way, conclusion of any foreign exchange transactions.

Without Ghanaian Cedi, you can’t get anywhere in Ghana. The Bank of Ghana gives the only permission to conduct foreign currency transactions through the legitimate Ghanaian Cedi. Without Cedi, everything else is punishable by a strict violation from Ghana laws.

So, there is a real embassy and a “gray” embassy, that is, a wrong. If the “gray” embassy can’t make a deal, then the deal is not going through the bank of Ghana and not through the legal course of the Ghanaian Cedi. This means that there is a real embassy only in Ghana. And when the network of the gray embassy does not work, it’s even funnier.
