Not many of my friends follow my vanity publication. It’s having a dual effect on my ego. It’s both exciting to see mostly names I’ve never seen follow it, and humbling to think it’s SO vain that it doesn’t suit the taste of anyone I communicate with regularly on Medium.

It’s fun for me to keep up with either way.
