This chart outlines the ten countries that have the most endangered species in the world. Mexico has the highest number with 665 species, more specifically their highest endangered species is amphibians. Placing second is Peru with 583 species, followed by Madagascar with 553 endangered species. The country with the highest singular number of an endangered species is the United States. The number of fish that are endangered is an estimated 250.
