I read your post with great pleasure and quite agree with your list of the most important lessons learned from INSEAD, especially “BATNA” and how framing would influence the outcome of Nego. At INSEAD, I also formed the habit of asking myself “What is one key takeaway that I should take/remember from this meeting/class ?”, and keep learning.

I also found OB and a psychology elective very important.

As I graduated in 2004, I would add that we had the chance to have 2 outstanding teachers covering Strategy (Karel Cool) and Advanced Finance (Kevin Kaiser). Those courses were the most sought after, together with Negotiation.
