Nov 03, 2009 · Nikon Scan 4.0.3. I’m running Windows 7 64 bit and have my Coolscan 5000 working with the Vuescan driver. Vuescan’s software works perfectly with the scanner but Nikon Scan 4.0.3 scans the first slide and then crashes. It doesn’t seem to be a driver issue but a Nikon Scan problem (I know v4.0.3 is supposed to be only for Vista).
