When you have a lot of stuff to tell someone with your knowledge and other is having the job experience there you can align the exact career goals and discuss that is something valuable and worth for your embracing the pain. That’s why I picked up two professionals to whom I want to make my mentor and take guidelines from them for my career because I actually know their personal story which makes them ideal to me.I actually belief that they real embrace the pain of life and start aligning their life goals.

One of them is Aqeel Baloch Office of career services manager at UMT. I asked some of really interesting and difficult questions from him as he has experience of 25 years in corporate sector.

Tip 4: Put your time in: Everyone starts out doing grunt work till trust is proven

Tip 6: Take control of your relationship with your boss and team members

These are some tips which I discussed with him during my interview with him and he actually replied to me that I learned these skills in 20 years because when you work at place their you realize these tips and know how to tackle your boss and peers.

Tip 7: Find a mentor and manage the relationship strategically

Finally in my interview I get something informative from Sir Aqeel that always take help from your seniors if you face any problem and don’t talk on behind the back of your boss and its company.Always try to look at the positive side of the situation whatever it is.Because its only your positive attitude that will take you upward in the sky.
