Good piece, thanks! The Jazz lack star-quality, which is essential to become a true force in this league, especially in the West. As long as they keep focusing on *good* players, instead of bringing top talent, they will remain in mediocrity — the worst state of an NBA team. I also think they should trade for Favors while his value is high, and adjust themselves to the new basketball era. Other than that, the acquisitions of Hill and Diaw are great additions.
