Memphis overpaid Conley and Parsons, NOLA signed nobody to make them a playoff team, and the Heat lost Wade for little money, which was distributed to a mediocre player like Tyler Johnson. I think you missed the Pacers (Teague, Jefferson) and the Knicks (expiring contract of Rose, Courtney Lee) as winners. You also missed, in my opinion, the Magic as a big loser who signed Jeff Green for excessive amount, as well as Ibaka and Byombo who step on Gordon and Vucevic. Even Sacramento is a much bigger loser than Portland.
