Chicken stock is a base of many soups🍲 as well as gravies. It gives you a nice flavour. Chicken stock is also called a Chicken Broath.
The recipe for the chicken stock is very simple.

Ingredients
Chicken 🐥 Carcass/chicken bones🦴
Onion🧅
Carrot 🥕
Celery
Leek
6-7 cloves of garlic 🧄
Bayleaf
Black peppercorn
4 cups of water

How to make a Chicken stock?
1. Take a saucepan and put it on medium heat.
2. Then add the chicken carcass & roughly chopped onion 🧅 , carrot 🥕 , celery, leek, bay leaf, 6-7 cloves of garlic and Black peppercorn and add 4 cups of water to the saucepan.
3. Simmer it for40-50 min.
4. The using a chieve,strain the stock in a bowl. 🍵
5. Chicken stock was ready to use.
6. This stock can be stored in a fridge for up to a week or in your freezer for up to 2-3 months.
