HOLLANDAISE SAUCE

welcome back to my blog.
Today I will tell you a recipe of hollandaise sauce. Hollandaise sauce is also called as Dutch sauce.Hollandaise mean Holland-style or from Holland.

Hollandaise is considered one of the five mother sauces in French cuisine.
Making hollandaise sauce we need basic ingredients for everyday uses.
Hollandaise sauce is a classic and creamy sauce. That’s perfect for breakfast or brunch. In appearance, it is light yellow smooth and creamy sauce.

Without wasting time we are going to start this recipe.

For hollandaise sauce we need basic ingredients the ingredients are
3 egg yolk
50 gram clarified butter
one half tablespoon of lemon juice
salt to taste
black paper II

preparation

1. First of all place a bowl over a saucepan containing simmering water.
2. The temperature of water here is everything if there is too much heat the egg will scramble for cook.
3. Add a egg yolk in it also add lemon juice in it put that second bowl on the top of saucepan.
4. Do not want the water to touch the Bowl because it will overheat.
5. Whisk that egg vigorously
6. When we are whisking add a 1 tablespoon of lemon juice salt and black pepper powder.
7. Then continue is whisking .When mixture was starting to be thicker, then we are ready to take the next step which is adding a slowly slowly clarified butter in it.
8. Cooking time is only four to five minutes.
9. At slowly slowly butter if you add the butter to quickly hollandaise will break that's why add the butter slowly.
10. Whisk them at slowly butter make sure sauce is getting be thick.
11. The important step is adding a butter this must be done very small amount at a time and at a time while continuously was king it if you add too much butter at a time sauce will not thick don't add much water
12. The standard Ratio of butter with egg yolk is 85ml per egg yolk.
13. After that it was looking yummy and creamy and silky.
14. When you make this was perfect the flavour should be rich and buttery.

This hollandaise sauce is typically served with Egg Benedict as well as asparagus and grilled sea foods.
I love this with egg benedict.
