Mushroom Risotto πŸ„πŸš

Hellow foodies,
Today,We will talk about risotto rice.🍚 Risotto rice is also called Arborio rice. It is an Italian dish.
For cooking It will take 15 -18 minutes. This rice 🍚 is always on demand in Italian cuisine.

Ingredients

4 cups of vegetable stock πŸƒ
2tbsp of butter 🧈
1cup fresh πŸ„ sliced
2tbsp Of olive oil
1 Bowl of Risotto Rice 🍚
1/2tbsp of thyme
1 Onion πŸ§… finely chopped (or shallots)
1/2 glass of white wine 🍢 πŸ₯ƒ
2Tbsp Of grated Parmesan cheese πŸ§€
SaltπŸ§‚ & black pepper to taste

How to prepare Risotto Rice?🍚

1. Take a saucepan and put it on a low medium heat and add 1 tablespoon better in it when it was getting melted Then add sliced mushrooms and saute it for 2 minutes.
2. Put that saucean aside.
3. In 2nd saucepan add 2 tablespoon of olive oil and when oil heated then add finely chopped onions πŸ§… and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add a rice 🍚 in a saucepan and saute it.

5. After 1 min add 1/2 cup of white wine in the saucepan and stir it gently.
6. When rice was absorb all the white wine 🍢.
7. Then Add a laddel of stock and stir itΒ . When rice absorb all the stock then add another laddels stock in a batches and stir it gently. Repeat this process for 12-13 min
8. When rice was getting ready, then add a sauted mushrooms πŸ„ in saucepan and saute it.
9. When risitto was getting ready put remaining 2tbsp of butter 🧈 & grated parmesan cheese πŸ§€ in Risitto.
10. It was ready to serve.
11. For platting we can add chopped Parsley.
