What I Hear When You Tell Me Your Company Doesn’t Do Meetings

The inverse is also true. If you have meetings all day long, meetings about everything, meetings about this and that, then your signal gets lost in all the noise and disruption and having to reiterate the idea is a symptom of having too many pulls on your flow.

The ideal is to have fewer meetings — not none — but enough to disseminate information and collect metrics on progress, get people aligned, and get them back to work better informed so they can do their job better.
