i think every single person wants to have their dream body and be shredded, who would’nt want it right? but there’s a big BUT!!!

When we say fat people, we usually imagine a truck driver, with a hamburger in their hand. The problem of our generation is that everyone wants everything as soon as possible, and I understand that, but people don’t have the right steps to get rid of unnecessary fat, most of the people think that just working out or some type of unnecessary diet will help them

but they’re wrong

I guarantee you that, these mainly steps will help you:

1.Drink plenty of water and avoid beer

2.Take supplements (vitamins, minerals)

3.Stress less, sleep more

4.Combine cardio workouts and weight trainings (regular excersise is key)

5.Set goals that are achievable

6.Eat real food, healthy and nutrition (meal preparation is the way)

7.Track everything you eat and every single excersise

8.Avoid sugar and sweeteners

9.In the worst-case scenario, consider weight loss medication
