I’ve been following the Twitter conversations over the past few days. I see Ruby Heroes as a company, with Gregory (and nominees, heroes, visitors) as consumers.

A consumer brought up great concerns over the company. But what happens when you read the company’s response? Reddit-like answers, filled with sarcasm and childlike behavior. (Twitter may have a character limit, but you can always screenshot or link to additional text.)

Some may think the consumer exhibited similar traits, but shouldn’t the couldn’t always assume professionalism? They are a brand, marketing themselves, and these types of Tweets only reinforce my vote for “YES, Ruby Heroes is mismanaged.”

Note: I’m working as an apprentice under Gregory, but rest assured, this professional relationship has no affect on my opinion.
