Today, I want you to look into the mirror and ask one question: “Am I coachable?”

Before you book a meeting with a coach, you should have a clear idea of whether you are coachable or not.

If you don’t know that, you’ll probably end up paying for a session that isn’t meant to bring any good for your life.

You hire a coach to accelerate your personal and professional growth process. But, if you are uncoachable, you won’t get any benefit. It will simply be a waste of time and energy.

So, how do you know about your coachability? Well, pay attention to a few signs.

Sign#1 You are Adaptable

Change is a scary thing. Lazy people don’t like change; they want to spend their lives the same way. But change is the very first thing you need to become a coachable person.

A coach will ask you to make a small change like changing your calendar or a big one ‘Changing a habit. In either case, change is requisite to your growth.
