Do me a favor. Kill the term UI/UX

Agree with the title, but your perspective on design disciplines is rather poorly researched, and bigoted, when you say “ Expectations from a good UI designer ? …Dribbble and Pinterest are perhaps his best friends” You’ve listed great qualities under ‘UX’ designers but EVERY good designer needs to have those qualities.
Multi-disciplinary skills arguably make better designers and in general most people can do more than one thing well. User experience design is a relatively new discipline and people will take time to understand things like UX, UI, interaction design etc. A lot of people don’t understand the value of a design-driven approach and that’s the actual problem, not what prefix they need to look for in a designer.
